Serendipity
A celebration of our orchard’s bounty featuring a blend of four cider apples. Often referred to as our “Goldilocks” cider, Serendipity is not too dry and not too sweet, but a delicious and refreshing balance of the two.

Orchard Select
This delicate, dry, and delicious cider starts with a whiff of white flower on the nose. Continuing with a clean taste and tannic finish, Orchard Select is a celebration of Virginia cider tradition and progress. This green and flinty collaboration between the orchards of Thomas Jefferson’s Monticello and Castle Hill features a balance of heirloom apples, a striking gold color, and a great story to bring to the table. Hewes Crab Pommeau 5 Year Reserve
Our Hewes Crab Pommeau, arrested by Gold Rush eau de vie, is the result of over 5 years aging in neutral Hungarian Oak puncheons from Keswick Vineyards. Initial maturations in choice Kentucky bourbon barrels create a layered and complex profile. The appearance of light honey and amber when poured, gives way to subtle tears and gentle legs upon swirling. Delight in a spirituous kiss of bourbon on the nose followed by a gentle lift of caramel, toffee and vanilla. Savor each sip and explore complex flavors, layer by layer. Best served chilled.

BLACK TWIG
The juices from fermented Black Twig apples are matured in wooden bourbon barrels. Soft tannins create a full body and mildly astringent finish. Notes of vanilla and caramel developed during barrel maturation. Enjoy at room or cellar temperature.
