THE CIDER
Discover Virginia hard cider by the glass, flight, or bottle. Our ciders are created from Virginia cider apples, most of which are grown right here on our property. Styles range from dry to semi-sweet, providing a wide variety of flavor profiles for guests to enjoy.

THE EXPERIENCE
Castle Hill Cider offers a variety of indoor and outdoor seating which is available on a first come, first serve basis. Additionally, guests are welcome to bring lawn chairs and picnic blankets.
RESERVATIONS
You can now make a reservation through Tock for seating with table service on the Patio, Terrace, or Private Suite with Balcony. All other seating (Adirondack Chair seating, Tasting Room, White Barn Indoors) will remain first-come, first-serve. Reservations are encouraged but are not required.
FAMILY-FRIENDLY
Bring the kids! Families love visiting Castle Hill Cider for the expansive landscape, i.e., room for kiddos to run around. Bring a ball or frisbee to toss around or enjoy a game of croquet or corn hole. Walk down to the pond to catch a glimpse of frogs, turtles, fish, or even our blue heron. When you’re ready to sit down, order a couple of Nightingale Ice Cream Sandwiches - a delicious treat!
Please be mindful of fellow guests and supervise your children at all times.
DOG-FRIENDLY
We are proud to be a dog-friendly cidery both indoors and out. Well-behaved pups must remain on a leash and in their owners care for the duration of their visit. Please bring waste bags to clean up after your dog. Thank you!
The Terrace
Enjoy the afternoon on our expansive Bluestone Terrace featuring sweeping landscape views. This space seats 2 to 8 guests on lounge furniture with stone coffee table. Perfect for catching up with friends and family over cider and savory menu selections.
The Patio
Gather your party of 2 to 5 guests for cider and a delicious meal on the patio. These seating areas feature classic mesh metal patio tables and chairs with market umbrellas. Close proximity to the outside bar.
Private Suite with Balcony
Perfect for intimate gatherings of 4 to 15 guests, the private, well-appointed suite is located on the second floor of the Castle Hill barn (accessible by stairs only). The warm and cozy suite opens to a balcony overlooking the outside patio against a backdrop of the Southwest Mountains. During the colder months, the woodburning fireplace provides a lovely ambience for cider and conversation. Amenities include a private bathroom and variety of seating.
