Library Selection Celestial

Earthy, classic and simply delicious, Celestial has a firm tannin structure with notes of spice and citrus from a blend of Pippin, Winesap, Grimes Golden, Ashmead's Kernel, and English Bittersweet apples. Moderate astringency, lingering acidity, with just a hint of sweetness.

Celestial 2016

Stellar fruit, floral and spice aromas overlay a foundation of supple tannins. Bright acidity leaves a clean refreshed palate. Bittersweet cider varieties such as Dabinett are blended with heirlooms (Albemarle Pippin, Winesap, and Grimes Golden). Pairs with Asian dishes, ripened cheese or other exotic fare.

Levity 2017

Crafted in buried terra-cotta vessels, Levity 2017

Aromas of caramel, lemon zest, black cherry, almond and guava.  In the mouth, it is very full bodied with both astringent and bitter tannins, flavors of honey and tangerine and a very fresh preserved lemon finish.

Serendipity 2015

Serendipity is a bright, fresh, and fruit-forward cider made from Albemarle Pippin apples. Arrested fermentation preserves a bit of the apples' natural sweetness. Silver Winner at Great Lakes Cider Competition and 2017 Governor's Cup, Best Overall Cider 2016 Virginia State Fair.

Serendipity 2016

Our new vintage of Serendipity features a blend of Pippin and Gold Rush apples fermented with two yeast strains. Citrusy with floral notes and a soft, slightly sweet finish.

Terrestrial 2016

Like a cold pool on a hot day, Terrestrial’s acidity gives this cider a crisp finish. Made with a blend of Winesap and Albemarle Pippin apples, this cider pairs nicely with oysters or aromatic dishes and makes a cleansing counterpoint to rich cheeses.

Terrestrial 2013

Bright acidity gives Terrestrial 2013 a clean, refreshing finish. As our most acidic cider, Terrestrial is bone dry and aromatic, with a nose of fresh apples and a hint of peach that follows through on the palate. This extremely crisp cider is crafted with a blend of Winesap, Albemarle Pippin and Grimes Golden apples.

Big Pippin

Big Pippin packs a big punch as a cider fortified with oaked apple spirits and pressed ginger. Made from hand-pressed, all-American apples, Big Pippin harmonizes with notes of lime, vanilla, lemon and grapefruit. 

Available in 500 ml & 750 ml bottles, as well as 1/6 kegs

ABV: 11%
